USA OUTDOOR SHIPPING POLICY
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your outdoor gear arrives safely. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international destinations. If your country is eligible, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. USA OUTDOOR is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time frame stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at xiaozhuo778@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If any of our shipping partners cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you via email to request an alternative shipping address.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
USA OUTDOOR is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit if handled by our primary carrier partners. If you received your order damaged, or if your package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and email us immediately at xiaozhuo778@gmail.com so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
